'Darkness and Night\r'
'Both Emily Dickinson and Robert hoar delectation elements such as point of view, imagery, and structure to acquaint the signifi firece of dark and dark in their verse forms. Although the poems differ in many ways they dish out a common estimation of lone jobss. They also use repulsiveness as a symbolism of their feelings. In the two poems ââ¬Å"We bob up Accustomed to the Nightââ¬Â and ââ¬Å" inform with the Nightââ¬Â the authors use synecdochic language, sentence fluency and rhythms, and their say choice to reflect their uniform views on the darkness of wickedness symbolising life-time experiences everyone has to subject through and throughout life.\r\nEmily Dickinson uses the structure to work elements of imagery, and describe an obstacle that everyone has to face. Dickinson uses dashes to intend pauses and crystalises it difficult to read to play her difficult life. The dashes make the contributorââ¬â¢s minds pause and realize what they are readi ng line by line. The dashes are employ to effectively and deliberately make the reader reflect on the darkness. She also uses the dashes to create genial pictures. For example, she states ââ¬Å"When not a slug disclose a sign- Or Star- come out- within-ââ¬Â which creates the image of nitty-gritty darkness because of the lack of a moon and the stars.\r\nDickinson writes her poem in first person so the average person can relate to her feelings. She understands the darkness to be something natural. Basically she uses the darkness to constitute something everyone goes through. In her poem darkness describes the loss of a love one. Unlike Emily Dickinson, Robert Frost doesnââ¬â¢t use dashes. Instead he emphasizes his complete isolation by using the first- person experimental condition ââ¬Å"Iââ¬Â at the first of the first five lines of the poem. He uses the anaphora ââ¬Å"I subscribeââ¬Â¦Ã¢â¬Â to show he has engender ââ¬Å"Acquainted with the shadowââ¬Â throug h different experiences.\r\nThroughout the poem the vote counter is walking symbolizing persistence. This becomes a extended metaphor. Itââ¬â¢s a long alone(predicate) walk at night that doesnââ¬â¢t seem to be easy, but he continues although he is unhappy. ââ¬Å"I have stood alleviate and stopped the experts of feetââ¬Â is an example of an beginning rhyme he uses to create the sound of feet with the ââ¬Å"stââ¬Â sound. He continues to portray the narrator as a refractory and lonely. In conclusion, Emily Dickinson and Robert Frost use the darkness to symbolize life experiences.\r\n'
