The International Laws serves as a law that provides friendly relation and cooperation and regulates global commons such as environment and resources. Every member state shall follow these International Laws.

Second principle of UN is in order to ensure to all of them the rights and benefits resulting from membership, members shall fulfil in good faith the obligations assumed by them in accordance with the present Charter. In another word, all member states must obey the UN Charter. Any decision make in any General Assembly must be approved by every members of UN. Besides, UN is practising veto power. Thus, in order to be effective and efficient, all members must obey or follow all the laws and Charter of UN.
