Standardized Instructions Part 1

If there are any questions, ravish beseech now. We will not accept any questions during the experiment, if you dont understand or have any questions during the try on, flip the test over and do not participate. The paper we are handing out is the regress test. For this test, we will be reading 3 lists of words. Do not bring out on the test while we read. at once we finish with the first list we will say recall, you may then pick up your pencil and write down as many words as you mess recall. Now that we have ruined all 3 lists, please turn your paper over and wait for us to collect them.

Now we will begin the recognition test, remember that you have the right to withdraw from this experiment at any time.



You are now going to deliver the recognition test; this sheet of paper will have a list of words. You need to rate them on a scale from 1-4 based on your confidence with whether or not we read them aloud. A 1 means you are true it was not said. A 2 means the word was plausibly not said. 3 means the word was probably said. 4 if you are certain the word was said. Once you have finished rating all the words raise your hand and we will come by and pick it up. Once everyone is finished we will debrief you on the experiment.
