Ive been working at SLV (State Library of Victoria) for 7 divisions now and as speechless as working in a library for 7 years now, and as dull as working in a library for 7 years sounds, it is in event a very exciting job. Everyday something happens that makes a approximate story, just last week we got a homeless psyche come in at 10am and play playstation all day until 9pm when we tried to tell him the library was closing. He pretended he was deaf and couldnt understand what we were saying which was pretty poor fish because I had a 20 minute conversation with him ahead that day. It took 10 transactions of repeating myself and 2 security guards to nominate him to leave, and everyday since then he has come in and make the same thing.
If you didnt already know we dont loan turn out books, everything is free to search at merely nothing actually leaves the library, and so that nobody steals our books we have a policy where you cant bring your bag into the library. nigh a month past a man came in with his bag full of work and because of this policy we wouldnt leave al superstar him to take his bag in, so he left in a rut and then ten minutes later on he came in with his bag in his stomach toilsome to convince us he was pregnant!

People come in to look up there family history and bring out their birth certificates and see the history of there house and interesting things like that. besides a young girl came in earlier this year and spent about an hour looking at one piece of paper, I noticed she was very confused and upset, so I went up to her and asked if she was okay. She has discovered that she was adopted and her adoptive parents had neer told her, I spent about another 30 minutes comforting her, it wasnt the best way to find out I dont think.
