Leadership Style

I make for a leak identified my strengths and ability to lead and reviewed the feedback that I hurt collated from our Team. This has helped me evaluate my leadership performance. I can understandably see what I need to concentrate on as a leader to enable me to go where I motivation to go in my own development. I bring in addition used the experience gained so far on my FLM precaution programme, especially focusing on my Managing People module ground at Sandhurst Military honorary society. Reviewing my guidance style and looking at some of the feedback I have received, it is clear that I have a tendency to act too quickly without properly thinking things through, I am quite conscious of this now and ever so try to take the CONDOR moment. Speaking to my team and listening to what they say I could have spent a bit much time out with them on site, however on the same note they have all said that I lead by example and for me this is one skill I am happy with.

I feel I could have spent more time with the team identifying training needs and implementing this.
