I. Program Theory
The program would be created using the tenets of Kohlbergs six stages of honorable development. Kohlberg (1927-1987) was an American psychologist who devoted the absolute majority of his career to charting and examining the development of morals in children, from stage wiz, a punishment and authority oriented ethic to stage six. Kohlberg believed that as few as 25% of the population would ever extend to the sixth stage, known as universal ethical principles. The chief(a) aim of the course would be to jump start the moral development of preschoolers, and assist these children in the development of higher moral activity through their adolescence and high school years, preparing them to be more morally oriented and active than comparable youth and adults today.

III Program Structure
A. Staffing

a. Expert candidate would have acquired a PhD in psychology or related field, and have 5+ years fix in an additional field
b. Assistant to function as a mediator between students and Expert, and should therefore be younger than 25, with somewhat social sciences background.
B. Class Structure
1. Maximum class size: octad
2. Content and methodology to vary for the following subgroups: 3-5, 5-7, 8-10, 11-13, 13-17
3. Weekly 30 minutes sessions 3-5, 60 thereafter
