Furthermore, a distinction between equilibrium and disequilibrium unemployment will be sought. Belgium and France have a lot in common, they be geographical neighbors, sh are an official language, and have similar cultures. Both are NATO-countries (North-Atlantic Treaty Organization) and have an active role in young military operations. They are also long-time members of the EU (European Union) and are hence bound by the ETI (European Transparency Initiative) and are under exam by the DAS (Declaration dAssurance) audits.
