In lodge to quantify and examine firms development congeneric to selected external environmental factors alter entrepreneurial operations, on-site surveys and ain interviews were conducted with Polish entrepreneurs who own and operate family businesses inwardly tourism and cordial reception industry. The environmental conditions ar class into foursome external environmental factors: political and legal environment, monetary environment, non-financial environment, and socio-economic environment, and analyse based on Kazanjians (1988) and Gnyawali and Fogels models (1994).
