After emerging as the Republican nominee for the 2012 Presidential election, Governor Perry has won single half of the battle. He must now take on the charismatic President Obama to become the next President of the joined States. In order to do that, Governor Perry must go a cohesive and effective campaign strategy. In this memo, I will outline key points that Governor Perry must meet in order to prevail over President Obama. Public Policy
In the United States today, citizens do not care about many issues that are ordinarily prevalent in Presidential elections. Given the economic crises and last unemployment numbers, the focus is on getting the economy back on track. Fiscal responsibility, job creation, and national security are top issues that should be focused on. Governor Perry take to focus on these issues to emerge as the next President.
For the first time in history, Americas credit rating has been downgraded.



This occurred during President Obamas time in office and needs to be addressed. Perry needs to make it clear that the downgrading occurred as a direct payoff of Washingtons appetite for debt and Obamas refusal to cut disbursal (Pipes, 2011). He also needs to make it clear to the American people that his vision and volume for America is in black contrast to that of the Obama administration. This is exemplified through Perrys fiscally conservative record. He has controlled spending and taxes in Texas. Every budget that the Governor has gestural has been balanced (Pipes, 2011).
