The octopus card has a really clever way when it comes to paying for transport. each you do is wave it past the sensor and it recognises your card and when you go past a sensor to get off transport it again recognises your card and pays how far you travel; you dont even have to take the card out of your floor or pocket! There are pretty much no flaws in the Octopus card; its affordable, easy to use and can be used in other places besides transport; its like the dream smart card of the world!! In my honest opinion I think that the Octopus card should definitely be used in Melbourne kinda of Myki.
