Telescopes have allowed greater detail to be seen
Telescopes have allowed us to see smaller objects, so new things have been discovered
Telescopes have shown that not everything orbits the earth
Photography has allowed better data recording
Some telescopes can detect radio waves/microwaves
Detecting radio waves/microwaves allows objects that are not visible to be seen.
Refracting telescopes-
1. Give examples of two different materials- Glass and water
